About

Operational rigour. Human perspective.

Mary's Consulting was created to help organisations and professionals move through complexity with clearer reference points and a more grounded way forward.

Meet the founder

Candide Netchenawoe

Candide founded Mary's Consulting in 2025 after twenty years of experience across procurement, project management and team leadership.

That experience revealed a recurring tension: organisations are expected to perform under pressure while the people inside them are navigating uncertainty, competing priorities and systems that do not always help them succeed.

Mary's Consulting brings these two realities together. The work combines operational understanding, strategic perspective and attentive listening so that performance and humanity can reinforce one another.

Why the name Mary's Consulting

Maryse: two dimensions, one approach.

Mary's takes its name from Maryse, Candide's middle name. But Mary's Consulting is far more than a name.

It is where her professional journey, hands-on experience, personal development and way of supporting change converge.

Two dimensions, one shared approach: putting people back at the heart of performance and helping everyone rediscover where they belong.

Three guiding values

The character of the work.

Vision pictogram

Clarity

See what matters.

Make patterns, priorities and choices easier to understand so that energy can return to purposeful action.

Guidance pictogram

Humanity

Work with the whole reality.

Respect the people, relationships and lived experience behind every process, role and decision.

Transformation pictogram

Transformation

Turn understanding into movement.

Create practical shifts that can be used, tested and anchored rather than leaving insight on the page.

A distinctive perspective

Close enough to understand. Clear enough to guide.

Field experience

Procurement, programmes and team leadership provide a practical understanding of how decisions land in daily work.

Strategic distance

An outside perspective helps reveal patterns, challenge assumptions and reconnect immediate choices to the wider direction.

Calm presence

Listening and clear language create room to address difficult questions without adding unnecessary pressure.

A steady partner

You do not have to carry complexity alone.

Begin with a conversation about the situation, what is at stake and the clarity that would make a difference.
